Auto suppliers one by one are going they way of GM. Today, TRW announced that it would breach covenants of its credit facility. Yesterday, Lear and last week Visteon bankruptcy. The fallout is only beginning.

No doubt much more to come. What do these GM suppliers need to stay afloat? Can they innovate themselves out of this and diversify in enough time? What about their employees? It's human to resist change, even in times of crisis. Will they be able to shift quickly enough?
